How did you find out about Sophia Grace Couture?

I initially heard about Sophia Grace through a couple of friends who had bought their wedding dresses from there and as soon as I walked in I could see why! As soon as you walk in you instantly feel like a bride and made to feel special! There was so much choice amongst the dresses (especially for someone like me who had NO idea what they wanted in a wedding dress!)

How would you describe your experience at Sophia Grace Couture?

Hannah instantly made me feel at ease and was so patient when I constantly chopped and changed my mind until we all agreed on going back to the very first dress that I tried on! I knew as soon as my mum and sister started to well up that this was 100% the dress for me! I felt so beautiful in it despite feeling like I needed to lose so much weight before trying it on! And even though I had no idea what I wanted I feel like it was nothing like what I had imagined I would pick!

We also got our beautiful bridesmaid dresses from Sophia Grace too. I already knew they would be pink, much to my sisters and best friends disapproval! And again, Hannah was so patient with us as I had 4 different opinions to take into consideration 🤣 but they eventually agreed on 2 different styles in the same colour (to flatter them all Individually) they all looked stunning and complimented my dress so well I feel!

How did you meet? Are you happy to tell us about the proposal?

Me and Mark both met working at Archerfield when we were 15/16 so when we got engaged we knew that there was only one wedding venue in mind and it felt so complete to get married in the place where we met!

We had a very cliche engagement on Christmas Day 2020 just after moving into our first home 2 months before (he knows fine well I love a cliche though lol). He put the ring in a Christmas cracker and when we pulled it it flew across the room and he got down on one knee and the rest is a blur because I was so nervous/ excited! Then wedding planning started on Boxing Day haha!

Do you have any advice for future brides visiting Sophia Grace Couture?

My advice for future brides would be trust your instincts and trust all the girls in the shop, they know their stuff and they are the best! Couldn’t recommend them more! Fantastic experience all round and I wish I could do it all again!
