Let’s talk about our Bridal Outlet, formerly known at our Sample Suite.
We get asked so many questions about this Suite, so we thought we would answer a few FAQ’s.
Our Bridal Outlet is where you will find one off designer wedding gowns with up to 70% discount on the original retail price. All gowns are available to take away with you on the day of your appointment so perfect if you need to find a dress but are short on time.
What to expect
On the day of your appointment you will be welcomed to the boutique.
Once you and your bridal party are settled, your Stylist will kick things off by sharing a little bit of information about our collection.
Then the fun begins as you browse through our fabulous rails! You’ll have the opportunity to select around four or five gorgeous dresses to try on, don’t worry you can also try on lots more!
At this time be sure to pick out your favorite refreshments as well. We offer Prosecco, non-alcoholic Prosecco, tea and coffee to toast this momentous occasion.
Why are the dresses discounted?
Although we do have several new gowns in our Bridal Outlet most dresses have been bridal samples from our main bridal suite. As these gowns have been tried on by brides in the boutique, they are ex-samples or ex-display. All gowns are still in immaculate condition.
What is your price range?
In our Bridal Outlet all gowns are priced from £599 to £1500 with savings of up to 70%
Can I order a new gown from the Outlet?
No, all the gowns we have in our Bridal Outlet are one off pieces we can’t reorder a different size or colour. Keep this in mind if you see a dress you love, she might not be with us for long.
I am a high street size 10 will a bridal size 10 fit me?
Bridal sizes are not like high street and each designer’s size varies. A size 10 from one designer might be more like a high street 8 or 12 and from another 6 or 8. If you are unsure if a particular gown might fit you just drop us a message and one of our team will be happy to help.
I only have 6 weeks to go before my wedding, is this long enough to find my dream dress?
As all our gowns in our Bridal Outlet are available to take away with you on the day of your appointment so absolutely.
There are dresses in the main boutique that I love, and Outlet can I try on both?
Our Outlet and main bridal Suites are in different parts of the building, and both are booked out separately.
Gowns in our Outlet are priced at £1500 or less and our main bridal suites £1600 to £4000
We always like to ensure that our Stylists keep you within the budget that you have set and are comfortable with.
If you have booked our Sample Suite and have seen one or two gowns that you would like to try from our main bridal suites, we can arrange this for you and vice versa. Please let us know at the time of booking that you would like to do this.
I love a dress in the Outlet, but I don’t live nearby or in the UK can you send this to me?
Absolutely, we can ship our gowns within the UK and most countries around the world just get in touch to find out more.
Can I purchase accessories on the day of my appointment?
Yes, we have bridal veils, shoes and accessories available for you to try to complete your bridal look.
Once I have found my dream dress what happens?
Congratulations on finding your dream dress. Your Stylist will pack your gown in a breathable gown bag for you to take away with you on the day of your appointment.
